Terms of Service & Terms of Purchase
Grey Ghost Consulting Group LLC provides educational content, live discussions, resources, training, and related services. Membership content is for general educational and informational purposes and is not legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity under their account. Membership access is personal and may not be shared, resold, copied, recorded, or redistributed except where Grey Ghost gives written permission.
Descriptions, schedules, instructors, guests, and available resources may evolve. Grey Ghost may make reasonable changes to the membership while continuing to provide the core member experience. Separate written terms may apply to training, consulting, organizational engagements, travel, and institutional licensing.

Membership & Recurring Billing Terms
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. By completing checkout, a member will authorize Grey Ghost and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the initial term and each renewal.
The rates are $9 monthly, $90 annually, and $60 annually for eligible Founding 100 members. Founding 100 pricing is intended to continue while the membership remains continuously active. Cancellation, an unresolved failed payment, or another break in active status may end eligibility for the founding rate. Founding 100 eligibility is limited to the first 100 eligible members and continues while membership remains continuously active.
Grey Ghost may change regular membership pricing prospectively with advance notice as required by law. Any change to a member’s recurring price will be disclosed before it takes effect.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Members can cancel renewal at any time through the secure Stripe billing portal linked from the Member Login page. Cancellation stops future renewals, and membership access will ordinarily continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, membership fees are nonrefundable and Grey Ghost does not provide prorated refunds for unused time or partial billing periods. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed. Grey Ghost may make exceptions in its discretion where appropriate.
Grey Ghost may suspend or terminate access for misuse, unlawful activity, account sharing, or material violation of these terms. Access and refund decisions following a Grey Ghost-initiated termination will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy Policy
Grey Ghost may collect information a person provides, such as name, email address, account details, membership selections, communications, and support requests. The website may also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, understand, and improve the service.
When payments are enabled, payment information will be handled by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor; Grey Ghost does not intend to store full payment-card details on its website. Grey Ghost may use service providers for website hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, event delivery, and customer support, subject to appropriate agreements and safeguards.
Information may be used to provide membership, authenticate users, deliver requested communications, process and document transactions, protect the service, comply with law, and improve Grey Ghost offerings. Grey Ghost does not sell personal information. Grey Ghost retains information only as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Grey Ghost Membership
Free Updates and Member Communications
Grey Ghost Updates is a free email list and is separate from paid membership. Subscribing to free Updates does not create a paid membership, and purchasing a membership will not automatically enroll someone in unrelated marketing emails.
Paid members may receive service communications needed to operate their membership, including account, billing, security, schedule, access, and benefit notices. Optional promotional email choices will be presented separately where required. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential membership-service messages while an account remains active.
